2. Be prepared to make a strong offer. You will need to make an offer that makes you the most attractive to the seller. However, this doesn’t always mean offering all cash or coming in above the asking price. There are several strategies to help your offer stand out!
3. Be flexible. Be open to different neighborhoods, home styles, and move-in dates. The more flexible you are, the more options you will have.
